It has been spared the distribution of large rocks spewed from volcanic activity resulting in the capability of driving through all meadows in a truck and never hitting a rock! The ground is clear with rolling hills and flat areas, ideally suited for a community with a golf course, or, just as it is, an extremely well respected dairy farm.

Included in the sale are all existing structures, houses, milking stations, livestock and equipment, sold as is. For more than 40 years it has been one of the largest producers of Grade A milk in the country, and was sold to the Canal Zone for years. There are currently 535 milking cows; management closely controls the genetics. 3,200 liters of milk are produced in a day, and the farm uses the latest technology and has been upgraded in the milk production within the last couple of years. There are 3 refrigerated stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 2, 4, and 8 thousand liters each. Besides 120 and 220 volt electricity available throughout the property there is also a back up generator system.

The property has a source of pure drinking water that comes from a natural spring located high in the mountains, away from humans or animals. The water is 100% pure (certified by the U.S. Canal Zone Inspectors), and can be used for bottling. A tank at the spring source provides a flow through a directed aqueduct. Other water sources are from a creek, which is used to irrigate fields during the dry season. The creek’s canyons surrounding the property can be used to build a hydro electric power plant, thus supplying electricity to the whole property, making it totally self-sufficient.
